I worked across any platform that I could get a toe on to create an engaging employer brand for Wonderbly. Across job ads, YouTube videos and the Wonderbly HQ Twitter, I developed a tone of voice which wholeheartedly reflects company values (without taking itself too seriously).
As part of my mission to Surprise and Delight™ employees, I Wonderbly-fied internal communications from onboarding guides to the weekly newsletter with a signature blend of humour, relevant information, and more humour. I also hosted Wonderbly's creative networking event, Strange Tales.
I wrote and directed a video about life at Wonderbly for their careers website - it was awarded the In-House Recruitment Award for Best Use of Video in 2018. The award is made of glass and impossible to photograph, but they gave me this nice winner logo for website purposes.
